What we collect
When you book an expansion call we collect the name, email address, phone number, and company name you enter. We also record the page you were on and, where present, advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (for example a Google Ads click ID), so we can tell which campaigns lead to conversations.
Like most websites we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through Google Analytics and Google Ads tags.
How we use it
- To contact you about the call you requested and about satellite location services.
- To check whether your trade and city are a fit before the call.
- To measure and improve our advertising. We may share a hashed version of your email or phone with Google for conversion measurement (Enhanced Conversions).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email you have not asked for.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run this site and respond to you: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google (analytics and advertising). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Retention
We keep lead details for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and delete or anonymise them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by replying to any message we send you. Residents of Canada have rights under PIPEDA; residents of California have rights under the CCPA. We honour both.
