The service
Satellite Location sets up, verifies, and monitors a Google Business Profile for your company in a city you choose, backed by a real address secured in your name. The scope, price, and timeline for your location are set out in the agreement you sign after your expansion call. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until that agreement is in place.
The guarantee
If we cannot get your location verified on Google, we refund the fees you paid us for that location. The guarantee covers verification. It does not promise a specific ranking, call volume, or revenue, because those depend on your market, your reviews, and Google's own systems.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details and respond to verification requests promptly.
- Answer the phone number on the listing and serve customers in the city where the location is listed.
- Follow Google's Business Profile guidelines. We will not create listings that violate them.
Ownership
The Google Business Profile, its reviews, and the address registration are yours. If our relationship ends, we hand over administrative access and step away.
Limitation of liability
Google may change its policies or suspend listings for reasons outside our control. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected location. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws applicable there.
